These terms cover ordering from The 3D Shop. By placing an order through this site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The 3D Shop ([legal entity / proprietor name], GSTIN [your GSTIN if registered]) is a made-to-order 3D printing studio based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, operating the website the3dshop.in.

2. Products

We sell a custom 3D-printed number plate keychain, personalised with the vehicle number, name and contact number you provide at the time of order. The live 3D preview on the product page reflects the design that will actually be printed — you're responsible for checking the accuracy of what you enter before checking out.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay at checkout; we do not accept cash on delivery unless explicitly offered on the checkout page.

4. Order acceptance

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases of suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, or a design request we're unable to fulfil.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

7. Intellectual property

The website design, logo, product photography and 3D preview technology belong to The 3D Shop and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain rights to any personal details (name, vehicle number) you submit for printing, and grant us permission to use that information solely to produce and ship your order.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The 3D Shop's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delivery delays caused by courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your city/state, e.g. Pune, Maharashtra].
