Shipping information

Everything we ship is made to order, so shipping starts after a short production window — here's what to expect, from checkout to your doorstep.

Processing time

Orders are printed and hand-finished after payment is confirmed — we don't keep finished stock on the shelf. Please allow 3–5 working days for your keychain to be printed, finished and packed before it's handed to our courier partner. During sales, festivals, or unusually high order volumes, this may extend slightly; we'll let you know by email if that happens.

Delivery areas

We currently ship across India. If your pincode is serviceable by our courier partners, it can be delivered — remote or restricted pincodes occasionally have longer transit times, which we'll flag if it affects your order.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders reach metro areas within 3–6 working days and other locations within 5–8 working days, depending on the destination and the courier used.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge applicable to your order is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees added afterwards.

Tracking your order

As soon as your keychain is dispatched, we email you the courier name and the AWB/tracking number. You can also look up your order status any time on our order tracking page using your order reference and the email or phone number you checked out with.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or a tracked shipment shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update with your order reference and photos (for damage) so we can sort it out quickly. See our Returns & Exchanges page for how that process works.
