This explains what information The 3D Shop collects when you place an order, why, and who it's shared with. We only collect what's needed to make, ship and support your order.

1. Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Design details — the vehicle number, name and contact number you choose to print, and your accent colour choice.
- Contact & shipping details — full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, collected at checkout.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves.
- Order records — order status, amount paid, and (once shipped) courier and tracking details, stored so you and we can look up your order later.
We don't currently require an account to order, and we don't collect data through cookies or analytics beyond what's strictly needed to run the checkout.
2. How we use it
- To print your keychain exactly as specified
- To process payment and confirm your order
- To ship your order and share tracking updates
- To respond if you contact us about an order
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only the third parties needed to fulfil your order:
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Supabase — secure storage of your order record
- Resend — sending order confirmation and dispatch emails
- Our courier partner (e.g. Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Speed Post) — delivering your package, which requires sharing your name, address and phone number with them
4. Data retention
We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty/returns handling, and legal recordkeeping requirements, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us, subject to what we're legally required to retain (for example, records needed for tax purposes).
6. Children's privacy
Our store is intended for use by adults able to enter into a purchase. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our practices change; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
